Well, like most guy's of over 40 your life seems OK, flowing well until one day you hit that wall. The wall in my case was unfortunately a health related one, totally out of the blue no real way to know, from fit to whoops-my heart packed up or specifically needed a serious MOT. What a surprise to be told it doesn't work correctly and won't anymore. In a nutshell the MOT was heart surgery and a membership of the 'zipper' club. I say all this not for sympathy but to say to you all (blokes mainly) check up on your health and get regular MOT's. Live life to the full but leave some space to top it up!
