Your quote was personally posted by myself a week after our initial site visit. Im afraid no email was received (I have checked this a few times). As soon as we found out you had not received your quotation, we then hand delivered a copy. Instead of the comment on this site, maybe a phone call would have been best. When we send out a quotation, we leave the customer for a couple of weeks to look through it, as we dont like to pressure sell. Im sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Wanted an extension built so contacted Ballerhyde. Man came on a Tuesday, had a quick look and took away a copy of the plans, saying we would have some figures by the following Saturday. That was a month ago and we've heard nothing since. They have not even replied to an email asking what the position is. For obvious reasons I cannot give any sort of favourable recommendation.

I would like to strongly recommend Ballerhyde - over recent years they have sorted out my windows, guttering, build a conservatory and extended my kitchen as well as countless work for friends and family - all their work has been to the highest possible standard and nothing is too much trouble - communication, the key to any job, has always been outstanding. Asked for a quote and only got a ball park figure after waiting 4 1/2 weeks, after seeing the comment below I'm pleased that's all I got!

Previously we have spent days on our estimator software doing quotations, only to find that the customer had a friend to do the job already and just wanted to check his price! That's the reason for the ball park figure. Our detailed quotation will be approx 25-30 pages long for a project of ...

Great service nothing was too much trouble .They fitted my windows while I was on holiday and I came back to a clean house (cleaner than I left it !!) and lovely new windows ! They are trustworthy , professional and gave honest advice and I look forward to them working on the rest of my house in the future.
