My feelings are the same as all of those so far expressed- punctuality, efficiency, politeness, taking shoes off inside the house and professionalism. And although it had been snowing they still went on to the roof to fix the aerial. Can I say more?

I have had dealings with Sparkes Audio for about six years. I have also recommended them to numerous customers in my shop. If it is anything to do with "Audio or Visual" they are the ones to use.
